We take Great Care to ensure that We Always Offer Value for Money High Quality Goods to our Loyal Customers hence All Items are Quality Checked for Defects and Functionality before Shipping however in tech items realtime customer usage may sometimes display some sort of internal factory defects at times that may not be visible to the naked eye in the initial functionality quality check & may only show up later on during daily use - For this reason we Offer a Return & Replacement Policy wherein we will replace any Defective Item that falls under Manufacturing Defects Only. Please note that we currently only support Return and Replacement Policy for the faulty items with the exact same product if the same is in stock at that time, we support a refund of the item only if the item is not in stock or not available for sale anymore.
What is Not Covered under the Returns and Replacement Policy and Not related to Manufacturing Defects:
Damage and Ageing due to Normal wear and tear as a result of daily use - Not covered under Warranty.
Damage due to Misuse or Human Error - Not covered under Warranty.
Dead Battery's are not included in Warranty - please replace it like any normal person would & continue using your watch.
